    JTAPI Programmers' Reference Location

How do i find JTAPI Programmers' Reference Docs?

I took a look at DevConnect Portal and i couldn't find anything about it. I would like to use the API to make calls.

Is there any documentation available? Is it possible to make calls through API with another way?

    Thanks.

The JTAPI developers guide is available on the Avaya Support website. There is information on how to find developers guides in the first post of https://support.avaya.com/forums/for...rking-with-wti (Useful Documents).

If you have not yet begun development, I would suggest you consider using DMCC instead of JTAPI. It will do everything that JTAPI can plus more. Personally, I find it much easier to use.

        Another question:

I'm using AES 8.1. Does it mean that i won't be able to use REST Services?

I tried to use the SOAP Services from Web Telephony, but i'm stuck at SOAP Headers error:

I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. And when i try to search some docs from the website you provided, it brings me lots of results that are not directly related to what i need.

Correct. You will need AES 10.2.

I tried to use the SOAP Services from Web Telephony, but i'm stuck at SOAP Headers error:
I would not recommend using the SOAP API. It is very limited and is being discontinued - replaced by the WTI REST or Websocket interface.

But i was not able to find the documentation with the filters that you provided on your linked post. Can you help me, please?

Even with 10.2 version filter i'm stuck trying to find DMCC docs:
