    AES SMS "Connection failed" after Upgrading to 10.2

    Hi all,

    the customer AES was upgraded from 8.1.3 to 10.2 last Saturday and now the AES SMS API can't connect to the ACM anymore.
    It worked before and both servers (AES and ACM) are in the same network and ip-range.
    I can login into ACM with the user I'm using for SMS. Is there any known issue in AES for this?

    have you opened a support request with Avaya client services (www.avaya.com/support)? You should.
    I suspect a cert issue. Have you checked the AES SMS logs?
