In house CTI Application not receiving agent state changes from WTI

Hey gang.. we've just started using the /fe/v1/SetAgentState endpoint, and our CTI team is insisting that they aren't seeing any of the events. They are asking if WTI is firing these events through the JTAPI library / TSAPI library.. as that's what they are using to get events? Does that make sense?

Oh, I should mention that I see all the events in CMS..

    Thanks for any insight!

AE Services does not provide Agent State Change events. Applications must poll for the current state of an agent. If you implement polling, please review the attached PSN020283-polling for agent states.pdf .Your setAgentState() request will change the agent's state, but there is no notification that has occured as an event to applications. This is the same as it is in DMCC, JTAPI and TSAPI.
