We have updated AES to version 10.2.1.0.0.440-0 in order to use WTI with its REST and WebSocket protocol version 10.2.0.0.0. However, when we try to log in using "StartApplicationSession", the response indicates that the current protocol version is 10.1.0.2, both via REST and WebSocket.
This version is also shown when accessing the Swagger page:
We asked the provider who updated AES, and they told us that the latest WTI protocol version for AES 10.2 is 10.1.0.2. Is this correct?
And if so, what version of AES/Avaya do we need to get WTI protocol version 10.2?
