Web-chat "check-session" request

Hi all,
We are testing the check-session endpoint from this guide: https://guide.ximasoftware.com/docs/...king-a-session
Every time the response from the cloud API is 204 No content, but we are sure that we have active session.
Can someone check if can get "ChatSession object" response instead 204 No content?
