I am an Avaya CM technician for our aura CM 10,1. we are a public transportation company in Denver and have Motorola for our radios. We are in the process of doing an upgrade and need to be able to pass through CTI or TSAPI caller information to the Motorola unit to send the ANI information. They do not have an integration currently with Cm (they do for IP office) - They have asked me for a contact that can help their application team get access to the appropriate SDK or API tools and for engineering support. Motorola would be on the line for any cost associated. I am new to this forum does anyone have a name or contact to get them started. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
