    Welcome Avaya DevConnect Members - Sign up for an Avaya SSO ID

    Welcome to our Avaya DevConnect Members. As a reminder, unless you were already using an Avaya SSO ID to access the DevConnect Portal, you will need need to Sign Up for an Avaya SSO ID and set a separate login/password to post in these Avaya Support forum boards.

    DevConnect Technology Partners and registered members should register for Avaya SSO using the “Other/No Relationship” option.

    Avaya customers will need Sold-To information for the Customer option; and Avaya Edge Channel Partners will need their company LinkID for the Partners option.

    Issue description: call counts increased automatically for the customer.

    Getting error. betch 404 in Voice portal and on IVR logs getting an exception for no call info available for extension.

        ISSUE Description calls count are getting increased showing more as per original counts.

        Also while checking IVR and AES logs we are getting exception as call info not available for mentioned extension.

        in AEP we are getting bedfetch error 404

            Hi Team,

            Can anyone help me with the issue for call count getting increased and we are getting the error like call information not available for extension. For some calls it is showing same error after calling
