Hi All, We have recently installed Lumenvox ASR with their version 7 and are having issues with grammars in ASR. Running the Avaya test application fails with ASR. Is Lumenvox still a verified application?

Hi,
I can't speak to the verification status, but a couple of avenues from when we set up the new Lumenvox.
- MRCP support is not part of the standard Lumenvox setup, it's deployed as a separate service (mrcp-api) and required for AEP/OD
- If your application is hosted on a server running HTTPS, you may need to ensure Lumenvox trusts your certificate
The Lumenvox team are a great group of people, and their support has historically been quite responsive.
