I am a Nortel migrated customer that has several different Site ID's. I have looked up the site id with the conversion tool and now know the sold to numbers. The problem I am having and cannot find the answer to on the Avaya site is how to link more than one Sold to number to my login. Since I doubt I am the only Nortel migrated customer with this issue please address how I do this, this should be something that is easliy found on the website, however I haven't seen it addressed anywhere.

You can send your request to add sold to numbers to [email protected] for assistance.
You can also check the Support site - support.avaya.com and it does have some related info.
From the main please click on:
"Nortel Enterprise Services Partners and Customers - Please click here to get started"
This should lead you to Delegated Sold To Administration - Requesting/Granting Sold To Access under the section 'For Future Reference'.
