After only a few new IPO installations (as new business partner) I noticed several aspects of the software/firmware that would benefit from improvements (ranging from really trivial to reasonably implementable), in areas that are mostly around comfort/usability by customers and callers (and where legacy competing systems are faring better).
What is the best way to submit a 'wishlist item" (aka feature request), make sure it has a chance to be read / reviewed by R&D, and eventually get some status update on it?
