I'm sure the font colors are part of the overall support-site design, but it would be great to increase the default size by 1 and darken the color as well.

The top-header size is fine, but the font "could" be a bit darker. The forum list link headers could be a size larger and darker. The description text, under the forum list links is a good size, but could be darker.
It also seems like the borders / boxes for the various titles and such are too big for the fonts / text that's inside them. All of that takes up a large portion of your screen, so you have to scroll allot...
Of course, I am just being picky as I have been posting in various forums for years. The over all look and feel is great, but then again I am used to vBulletin, LOL!Gary Rogerson

We use a design firm for all headers, footers, and overall look and feel. Whatever they and Avaya Marketing says goes. But your feedback still may help sway them on the next tweak - which usually happens once or twice every year.Jeff | Avaya Support Web Team | Avaya Client Services
