Has anyone seen this error ?
In the SMGR web interface in the section: Home / Services / Security / Certificates/ Authority/ CA Structure & CRLs
An exception has occurred.
javax.ejb.EJBException: javax.persistence.NonUniqueResultException : javax.persistence.NonUniqueResultException
This error appeared after I clicked on the button "create a new updated CRL" in this section. Prior to that I updated the server these patches :
1) System_Manager_7.0.1.3_r701306724.bin
2) System_Manager_7.0.1.3_Patch1_r701307037.bin
Everything was fine with the previous version 7.0.0
