I have a problem with a client. Not life threatening, but cannot find where the system is getting the display name from the One-X attendant from.
When people internally receive a call from any attendant console the name display is "reception". They have a dozen or so attendants, all names on station forms are specified like "Attendant Paris"' "Attendant London", "Attendant Amsterdam" etc. All sent out name "reception", so internal users do not know which receptionist called them.
Their attendant logins are not related.
Asked to trace, hoping to get some results, but wondering if anyone had any idea where the CM is getting the name display from?
