Issue with Public-Unknown displaying after removed

Hello everyone, great information on here, but I haven't been able to find information on my particular issue.

(Using Aura SM 8.0)I have our county probation department's officers on a public-unknown call table, and had a request to remove one of the officers from the table since his number either displayed as the public number, or would show up as "unknown" when calling cell phones.

At his behest, due to people ignoring his calls, I removed him from the list in the PuTTY CM. Strangely enough, it appears that he is still on the list, as when he calls, it still transmits unknown when I list trace him.

    Has anyone experienced this?

    Thanks for the help!

The extension needs to be defined in the table, either explicitly or in a wildcard, to send caller-ID. Use "ch pub x ext y" (where x = extension length and y = the extension number) to find him in the table.

      Thank you for the response,
Perhaps I misstated my issue. I've attached as a xdoc the pages in question. 5590 is not on this list, but when doing a call trace, it shows as using CPN still. The issue is figuring out how to remove him from the list if he doesn't exist on it.

Is there a wildcard or catch-all entry in the numbering table that states something like any four-digit extension beginning with 5 outpulses 530621 of length 10? CM will append the extension number to fill in the remaining 4 digits to create a CPN of length 10.

          Hello again,
It we don't appear to to have a specific wildcard set up, especially since we have 6 different prefixes. My only thought would be to remove his station entirely and rebuild it, but I am not certain that would remove it from this issue. Any ideas for that?

Doubt that would help. CID comes from the numbering tables. Doublecheck the numbering format on the trunk involved here. Is it set to private numbering? If so, the answer is in that table and not public numbering.

Excellent advice. That particular trunk is a tie and states it is private on the 4th page, but our other trunk shows public on the first. Didn't correlate that one.

Now I just need to figure out how to get it to the other trunk...
