Cm 7.1.3.4, Session Manager 7.1.3.
We have a managed IVR that does a directory lookup. When a user dials the directory number it goes off site via SIP they say the name and it routes the call to the 10 digit number. On the incoming call handling we convert back to the 5 digit number to route to the station. This is where EC500 comes in, when the call routes the provider sees 5 digits and denies the call as spam. We can get it to work by adding an entry to the private unknown but then it sends the 10 digits to the extension too. Tried switching the trunk to public but it doesn't do anything. Anyone come into this or have a resolution for 5 digit to the extension and 10 digits to the cell?
