So I come from a sysadmin background with little experience managing PBXs. I've recently inherited an Avaya Aura system and am trying to make heads or tails of everything.
From the documentation, it is not very helpful in a discovery scenario like I'm facing. I have access to CM via Site Administrator, and I want to know how on earth I can find what server(s) are setup, what service(s) they are running and what role they serve in Aura.
This is, obviously, a big "ask" but I've come up short thus far with googlfu and perusing product documentation, since I don't know what is used and what all the systems are.
For example, I have an output for viewing Node Names and their respective IPv4 addresses, but these are all custom names and do not indicate their role/function within Aura.
Any assistance is appreciated.
