CM agents excel import fails in SMGR

Hi community, did anyone tried this recently ?

My client is using Aura 10 SMGR - CM, in SMGR importing a CC Elite agents excel spreadsheet is very hard to accomplish, Ramdom results are obtained but way too many fails.

You can download the excel template, or do an agents export, and then try to import new agents using that format, results vary a lot without pointing to where it really fails in teh logs or events in SMGR.

Does anyone have tips ? Our excel version is microsoft 365.

Agreed that creating user profiles in SMGR using a spreadsheet is difficult. There were so many issues when I tried it that I abandoned it and had to use the ProVision tool for user import. This is a licensed tool.
