Internal Call Forward - Called Party ID

    Hi,

we currently have a problem at a customer's system where we have a internal call forward scenerio where the called party is forwarded off-net to eg. a mobile phone. In this case the calling party can see the display updating to the called party id of the mobile phone. But that is not what we want.

Is there a way to restrict stations not to update their displays in such a case?

Asfaik this happens foremost with SIP-Stations. The forwarded calls are also going out via a SIP-Provider.

    Scenario in short:
    Station A -> Station B (forwarded to Mobile C) -> Mobile C
Station A is seeing mobile C's number, but should only see Station B.

    Thanks in advance!

    EDIT: using CM10.1

You can implement trunk tandem calling on the trunk that's sending the outbound off-net call.

This would be done via "change tandem" in SAT terminal or console via SMGR.
Then on the trunk you would change the "modify tandem calling number:" to "tandem-cpn-form"

This will alter ANY outbound call going out the trunk however, as an FYI.

So if you have multiple DID's ensure that you add them in to the tandem-cpn-form to display as their associated DID.

If it's set up right, what you should see is the "INSERT" digits come out of your trunk.

    IE,

if you set it up as
    Len: any
    CPN prefix: any
    Outgoing Trunk: 99 (For example)
    Delete: all
    Insert: 18004444444

Anytime someone would call out of your system, the caller would see "1-800-444-4444"

This means any outbound calls, but all forwarded calls, as well as, EC500 forwarded calls.
