    Session Manager 6.X

    I have a strange problem on a session mananger. After you set up the SIP Entity on MS, which is working.
    I created a sip station, which should log in through a OneX Com
    But the trace of the SM I always get the same message:

    --REGISTE-> sip:[email protected] Exp:900
    Remote host is not trusted | Host not trusted
    Registered contact | Handle: 750011 Domain: DOMINIO.it
    Using Session Manager Location | Location: Laboratorio
    Originating Location found | Location: Laboratorio
    <--Unautho- | (3) 401 Unauthorized
    --REGISTE-> | (3) sip:[email protected] Exp:900
    Remote host is not trusted | Host not trusted
    Registered contact | Handle: 750011 Domain: DOMINIO.it
    Using Session Manager Location | Location: Laboratorio
    Originating Location found | Location: Laboratorio
    Trying to Authenticate | User: 750011 Realm: DOMINIO.it
    Authorization failed |
    14:53:11,170 <--Unautho- | (3) 401 Unauthorized (invalid response)

    someone has an idea of the error? The PSW is certainly correct as the station
    thanks

    Not really knowing all the parts, my first guess would be to make sure you have listed all the subnets in the White List on SM and you have created the various locations with their subnets in SM. The error you listed seem to suggest an unknown location or an unknown subnet to that known location.

      Please check if you have added a "Domain" and "Location" properly in the "Routing" Section. If yes, you can include the corresponding IP Address pattern for this "location". Are you also trying to add an "End-point profile" while creating a new User ? I would suggest first try to create a pure sip user without an End point profile and try to register it to Session Manager.
