One-X Agent multiple server definition issue

Using the 'Settings.xml' file to configure several parameters for users, I cannot seem to get the application to recognize more than one 'server' definition.

Once logged in the alternate gateways are stored in the user's roaming profile, but this requires they successfully login first. If the one server address we can program is not available during the initial login, users cannot login at all.

How are multiple servers to be defined in the settings.xml file? (The 'Program Files' template, not the one in the user's roaming profile.)

we can't add multiple "SERVER" definition in settings.xml file

The alternative gatekeeper(server) list will be sent to one-x agent via GRQ message of IP station registration process.

So we need to have a valid gatekeeper in the setting file in order to get alternate gatekeeper list.

Please raise a ticket if you have more concern about the one-x agent settings.
