when you're loading the base linux choose the password for root and Admin2 users who want to use.

      7.5 Pre-Loaded Linux password

      I have same question.
The linux is pre-loaded so you have to know the password.

Student Guide says root & nortel is same default password of : nortel12(and so on....)
      The default p/w doesn't work.

        7.5 Pre-Loaded Linux password

Found an answer but can't post the p/w here

On 7.5 Pre-loaded install you use admin2 & root NOT nortel & root
So the default password is also different starts as "admin2.....

          Rightly you!.
If you are using the preconfigured sotfware at least I do not know the root pasword and Admin2.
I would advise linux reload the software and you can enter the password for root and Admin2 at will.
          Both can be identical password

I searched for that password several weeks ago and came up empty-handed. I don't think they bothered to document the "default" password for 7.5, and even if you knew it, you could load software and configure with known values in less time than it takes to go in and change the IP parameters.

It is always I good practice to load the software yourself and forget about the pre-loaded one.

I think like mansi, the better thing you can do is re-install by yourself
