UCM 7.5 Hangs on set retrieval

Any one experience UCM phone retrieval hangs on retrieving a set database of approx 5000 sets? Tried it a few times, left it running for 14hrs and the globe was still spinning??

Hi, I would recommend you to install the latest BCC patch, think it is cs1000-bcc-7.50.17.16-19.i386.000.

Is there a link to this patch somewhere & also any documentation on the patch?

I experienced this issue on 6.0. We found that if a set is outed from the command line, the retrieve freezes at that TN. I built the TN's back in and then outed from EM. The retrieve worked after that. Hope this helps.

Actually I ended up getting the vendor to apply all the latest patches for 7.5 and it fixed the problem. Unfortunately I don't know the exact patche #'s
