Location Based Dial out

Hi how do we configure the CM such that branch location (lsp) users dial out using their own PRI ?
Main site is CM6 on S8300D with 2 isdn trunk
Branch is an LSP with 2 isdn trunk

For Branch User
- first pref is their own ISDN
- second choice will be main office ISDN
