disable SIP PRACK messages

Its possible to disable SIP PRACK messages on S87XX server /CM 5.2.1?
Anyone can help on this?

I have problems with a voice recorder in passive mode (using port mirror) recording SIP stations. I have detected, when in signaling appears the PRACK messages this call is not recorded but others without PRACK has been recorded. Can I disable this messages?
