Site Admin 5.2 won't install on upgraded Win7

I have a laptop that was Vista but now upgraded to Win7. Tried to install ASA 5.2 on it, but installer quits at the with a message that it detected Vista and is not supported.

Any workarounds?

There is support for Windows 7 with ASA 5.2 SP7. Information on this can be found at:

Yes, I understand that it will support Win 7; my problem is I can't even install the base 5.2 from the CD. , the installer detects Vista and quits.

You might want to consider upgrading the ASA to R6. R6 is the first release where Windows 7 was fully supported. Otherwise, I believe you will need to initiate a trouble ticket.
