is there other feature in Avaya CM 3.14 to replace Bridged Appreance

Need to record bridged call even when primary ext not is used. Below are scenarios

" A" transfers the call to "B" -- "C" pick up from Bridged appreace button. Once "A" drops off, unable to record conversation of "C".

Please suggest solution.

Bridged appearances are always ugly in the Call Recording industry. Please contact Nice to find out their options which could include a physical phone tap.
