Avaya 1030 ssh login

Hello folks,

I'm desperately trying to login to a Avaya 1030 video conferencing device using SSH. Unfortunately I couldn't find any information about the username to choose. For the login to the web interface it's sufficient to just enter a numeric password.

Obvious usernames like "admin", "root", "user", "administrator" (also with the first letter in capital) didn't work :-(

Please, let me know if you need this login. I will help you in login into it & take out logs that you are looking for. But, this login/password has not been shared by Avaya on any official documents, so won't be able to share. Thanks- Sidd.

After googling for a while I finally found the login data in a LifeSize document (the Avaya 1000 Series endpoints actually are from LifeSize - watch the product label on the bottom of your devices):

Username: auto
Password: admin01
