i am looking for a document which ports Session Manager uses e.g Session Manager to System Manager for firewall configuration etc.

The install document refers to the Session Manager Port Matrix document which should be on the support page but i cannot find it.

I would like this as well. Obviously, SIP in general uses 5060 and 5061 (TLS), but would like to know where and what ports are specified / used for media / RTP?

If you login to the website as BP then you can download the port matrix as a PDF.

Here is how to find them:

1. Log into http://support.avaya.com
2. In the InSite Knowledge Management Search box enter your query, e.g. - session manager port matrix
3. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th search results are the three currently available versions/releases of Port Matrix for SM.
   
   (The first search result returned is this thread since the KM system also searches the Support ForumsJ)
