busy tone with CS1000 - OCS R2

any chance to get a busy otne in the integration with OCS R2?
we use MCM in our architecture and we discovered that a ringing signal is created by the CS1000 and it provocates the end of the call.
on the OCS side (on the OCS Proxy server, consolidated with the MCM role) we see:
incoming INVITE (from CS1K)
outgoing TRYING (from OCS to CS1K)
outgoing BUST-HERE (from OCS to CS1K)

on the CS1K for some reasons a ringing signal is created and the call gets disconnected.

any hint to solve the issue?

call disconnected so first thing VTRK latest shall be there on CS1K side and then after trace can tell more if issue there that required investigations.
