Installing CM template

I would really appreciate some help with this... Relatively new to working with the CM, installed duplex template using system platform. Problem is I am unable to make any provisioning changes via SAT or native configuration manager. I can display parameters but not "add" or "change" anything, i.e. any parameter I input after change is deemed invalid.

I pointed the CM to the default weblm license server and created authorization files for both servers. I'm using a new CM user with administrative privileges and still nothing. HA is enabled and running. Any ideas?

The solution in case anyone is interested: using SAT, enter the following commands: "save trans all" and "reset system 4".

I think you are not using with Administrator Privilege.
on SAT Command run the Command " Status login". it will show you which profile you are using.
prof 2, prof 18 has a higher privilege than the Other.
