    Unable to see complete dialled no. on Avaya SIP Phones

    Hi,

    I am facing issue with Avaya Phones (SIP/H.323) while dialling out using ars code.

    ARS Code =0
    AAR code = 9

    When I dial 0-no. the phone will display only 0 and wont display the rest of the digits dialled.
    Also when I dial 0 it will show as active call.

    But when I dial using aar code 9-no. then all the digits are displayed on the phone.

      Hi,

      I resolved the issue by using autodial..

      performed the command list trace station 2020/10, and it worked.

      Now i can dial the no. using ars code 0.
