One-X Attendant

does anybody know how to stop the one-x attendant from taking over the curser when a call comes in, this is very annoying if you are typing in another application.

When you are setting up one-X Attendant you can uncheck both the "with confirm" and "if minimized only". Please see the attached for more detail.

for some reason I am unable to veiw the attachement, I have tried to reinstall one-x attendant anyway but did not see the tick box's you are reffering to.
