Integration with microsoft dynamics

i am having avaya communication manager 3.1.2 in s8300 server.

i want to integrate microsoft dynamics CRM with Avaya 3.1.2

i need detaills how i can intgrate with CM 3.1.2 , what kind of hardware or software needs to buy?

what kind of AES version we need ?

if any body provide the installation manual for this and system requirement manual it willbe very helpful.
