AAC 6 service pack 1 , video and audio conferencing installtion

Hi ,
I have installed Avaya Aura Midsize and Avaya Aura Conferencing Standard Edition 6.0.1.53
For AAC 6 installation I followed the Implementing Avaya Aura® Conferencing file.
then I downloaded one-x communicator. according to the instructions to test the conference i may to dial something like this ([email protected]) where 1010 is a flare extension and 10.10.10.21 then i should hear a conference response message, but actually it still ringing but response from the flare.

After that i trie to dial this (*0 1020) the one-x open a screen then i clicked on the call button to jion the conference but it shows unable to join the conference.

I configure the call branding as the default (?????)

can someone to help to test the audio conference?

Also,l configure the video adhoc conference for the flare according to the same implentation guide but drag and drop video conference doesnot work on the flare.

Wrong Configuration & Dialing

Hi,

You don't need to dial [email protected] from ADVD. You should be dialing Call Branding DDI only, which will give you the prompt to enter code. For adhoc conference not working, there could be lot of things that needs to be checked. Please open a Service Request for it.
