diagnostic message is repeated over and over again

hello friends,

we have a cs1000e 7.5 with all patches available and we constantly getting this message on console :

DIAG004 Diagnostic - p1=0x31623b - p2=0x0 - p3=0x1fff
p4=0x9558 - p5=0x0 - p6=0x485

appear to be disgnostico patch.

I would like to delete these messages as they do not let you work.

any help on this?
