One-X Agent Click-To-Dial Question

Hi,

I'm using one-X Agent 2.5 Sp1, patch 1. I need to use Click-To-Dial on IE, but it only recognizes phone number with 10 digits. (In my country has 11 phone number digits).
So, can you give me some advises where to adjust Click-To-Dial on IE can recognize 11 phone number digits.

Maybe it's a bug

Try the System Settings/Dialing Rules/Length of national phone numbers.
