Call Pickup

Hi,
ACM6.0.1, 00.1.510.1-19940

Instead of using the Call Pickup button, users in a pickup group
can dial the assigned FAC to answer calls to any other extension in their pickup group.
Call Pickup button - works
FAC - does not work

Sounds frustrating to say the least! Is it possible the FAC is programmed on the LSP for that location, but not on a main server which might actually be handling call processing?
