If I were to install a RightFax Server would my remote sites be able to utilize it?

I have a converged CM with 10 sites in U.S. and EU. I converged individual rightfax servers to one centralized location. Local DID calls are routed to this server. Connection to CM is via IP trunks, in this case we used H323.
Opentext has good resources on their website as well as a good whitepaper on the Avaya site for this type of installation.
