    NO agnt-login button

    Hello
    I have :
    -sip infrastructure MidsizeEnterprize 6.2 (CM 6.2, SM 6.2)
    -9611G 9641G (SIP firmware 6.2.1)
    I want connect as Agent of CC Elite. But i can not see agnt-login button on 9611G

    Im reading "Implementing Avaya 96X1 SIP Agent
    Deskphones with Avaya Aura® Call Center
    Elite 6.2 "
    But nothing helps me.

    Anybody can help me?

    What's way to find mistake?

    Did you by any chance see other feature buttons on the phone? One of the possibilities is that domain is missing on the ip-network-region/sip-trunk.

    I came to one stage further, have an agent logged-in but get a feature revocation failure on auto-in and manual-in. Feature codes however do work.

    I get a error 400 parse error - no entity id data message.
