Wondering if there has been any success with using the Cyberdata Emergency buttons (SIP endpoints) as a trigger for the Avaya Notification Solution. I have been able to force it to work by routing my call outside the PBX then back in using a DID but not internally to my system. I suspect this works due to some conversion that happens between the SIP coming out of the session manager and the DS1 trunks going to provider and back then to the SIP trunks to the ANS. I can trigger the ANS with a normal SIP phone, but when I try with the buttons and intercom I get connected but never trigger. May be something in the ANS that does not like something in the call control.
