    One-X Mobile SIP IOS

Does anyone know if this SIP IOS version still requires the pbx to call the mobile device to establish the talk path before making the actual call?

One-X Mobile SIP for IOS is a Sip client and behaves as such

Although both called One-X Mobile they are not the same thing at all. One is call routing based over Celluar Network which is One-X Mobile. The other, One-X Mobile SIP for IOS, is call routing over a data network and acts just like any SIP station would. You register the SIP station to the Session Manager either directly over a Corporate WAN, Public or Home Wifi with VPN connection to corporate LAN or via an SBC using Celluar Data.

So with the SIP Client you are placing the direct call not controlling a CM Station having it call you first then call the other Party. Both have their place but I understand that Avaya calling them both One-X Mobile can and does cause confusion.

    Good Luck.

ASBCE integration with IP office for One-x mobile SIP iOS

Hi all,I have the one-x mobile SIP iOS solution setup in one of my customer' site and is working within the enterprise network(WiFi). Now the customer wants the same solution outside the enterprise network(via 3G). So I got the ASBC(Avaya Session Boarder Controller) administered for this solution and also created a SIP trunk from IP Office too but not working yet. Can someone please assist me with document that explain the integration. Thanks in advance
