We have an issue in 2 different 3rd party systems that are getting calls from CM stations via session manager where we have to have 14 or less characters in the CM station name field.
If there are 15 or more characters in the name field, the call will fail with a 408 timeout at CM. This is easily confirmed and duplicated.
The CM , SMs and SMGR are at the current 6.2 release of service packs and patches.
This was a known on one of the 3rd party systems prior to the 6.0.1 to 6.2 upgrades a few months back. Now it is happening on both system - we cannot say for certain if it may or may not have been happening to both 3rd party systems prior to the upgrades though.
Any ideas out there?
Thanks!
