one-X Portal user login

Greetings,

I haven recently installed an Avaya one-X Portal. The administrator login works like a charm but whenever I try to log in as a user, I get the attached image and the System is currently unavailable. Please wait... message never goes away.

Could somebody drop some insight please?

Since these posts are in the Avaya Aura forum, I suspect no one who works with Avaya IP Office will ever look at it.

Start a thread in the "Small and Medium Businesses" forum and provide more information about the server if you want help.

Have you checked to make sure that the EnhTCP password matched in the IP Office and in the One - X settings?
