The 'Avaya Aura™ Contact Center Planning and Engineering'' on Page 35 refers to a Capacity Assessment Tool (CapTool) for system sizing purposes. It states that this tool is available on www.avaya.com/support, but I have been unable to locate this tool. Does anyone know where I can get hold of this? Cheers, Paul.
