S8300 Embedded SES Can't Acquire License

We changed the IP address for an embedded SES on a S8300 and now the SES cannot acquire the licenses because it still sees WebLM on the old IP address. How can we get this updated to get it to see WebLM on the new IP address?

I can access WebLM at the new IP address, but SES cannot see it.

SES use the same IP as CM.
So WebLM can be open by below URL.

http://<IPADDR of CM>/WebLM/index.jsp
