System Manager 6.2 sync between CM stuck on synchronizing version

Hi gents,

I have a issue with my System Manager sync between CM. It seems to be stuck on Synchronizing version and initialization type.

I can therefore not make any changes to any users or add for that matter.

Even if I try to run a new sync to CM it fails under scheduled jobs and if I view the log it stated that another sync is already underway.

Any suggestions in this regard would be much appreciated.

I know its three years later but I had this same issue and couldn't find any solution on-line. I found that once I had run a save trans all command on CM the sync on SMGR seemed to move on and complete in normal time.
