SMGR 6.3 - user contacts

Is it possible to do a bulk import of public contacts or to duplicate private contacts from 1 user to another ?

Reason : I have a customer with +-30 users that all want to have the same contact-list off +-100 entries. All SIP phones on SM/SMGR 6.3

Nobody any idea on this one ? You have the option to add public contacts in SMGR , but I cannot find an import for this ...manually adding +100 entries will take a lot of time.
