CM 6.0 external calling number not sending with mode code third party voice mail

Avaya Communication Manager 6.0 integrated with Tiger innovation 2020 voice mail system using analog mode code. Internal calls sending calling number and ring station number with internal coverage mode code to voice mail system (Example: #02#4092#4092#). But external calls not sending calling number with external coverage mode mode to voice mail system only sending external coverage mode code and ring station number (Example: #03##4092#). Now problem external callers leaved voice mail not saying caller number only saying outside caller. Please help me to send calling number with mode code voice mail system resolve this issue.
