VDN help.

Hello all,
I have a vector that says when 1 is pressed to send call to extension 2606, but when someone is on extension 2606 the call is then going to our main operator located at extensioin 0. When extension 2606 is busy I need to figure out how to get the call to go to extension 2605 how can this be done. I am a bit confused with this, here is some info below hopefully someone can help us. 2606 has a cover path set to 1, but there is no mailbox setup for this number.
