    Missing diversion header on Blind transfer

    I am missing the diversion header on a blind transfer, therefore Qwest (SIP) is denying the call.
    There is no problem on a coverage remote call, only on blind transfer. Or course a warm transfer works because it is a new call, so the calling party number is the CM station.

    Does anyone know a fix?
